Generational Wealth Builders

Market Match Real Estate is a start-up, tech-first, full-service real estate brokerage focused on helping our clients build generational wealth through real estate. Our mission is to empower and enable our clients in residential, commercial and investment real estate transactions. Our values are built on transparency, trust and education in order to guide our clients to make informed decisions leveraging our local market expertise.    


 Founded in May 2021, with a mission to close the social wealth gap disparity exacerbated by the pandemic. We believe real estate is a vehicle to build generational wealth and build financial security through acquisition and disposition of real estate properties. The founding Broker, Carolina Flores has over 18 years in real estate experience closing her first home as a real estate agent the age of 18. Professionally she has worked in Fortune 50 and 100 companies leading marketing advertising and tech projects for companies like Citi, Time Warner, and Google. Now our mission is to propel the  mission and connect sellers and buyers to create a “Market-Match” for generational wealth building through real estate.

Carolina Flores is the Founder and Broker/Owner of Market Match Real Estate, a Long Island–based brokerage built on one core principle: real estate is one of the most powerful tools for building generational wealth.


A proud mother and active member of the community, Carolina understands that homeownership is more than a milestone — it’s a foundation for stability, opportunity, and legacy. Her passion for helping families create long-term financial security is deeply personal and central to the mission of Market Match.


In addition to leading her brokerage, Carolina brings an extensive professional background in financial services and marketing leadership. With experience at a national financial institution, she has built and led strategic marketing initiatives with a focus on compliance, brand integrity, and consumer education. This corporate expertise allows her to approach real estate with structure, precision, and a strong understanding of financial systems.


Carolina founded Market Match to bridge the gap between education and access — guiding first-time buyers, advising sellers with strategy, and empowering agents to build sustainable careers through a W2 + 1099 wealth philosophy.


Her approach is consultative, data-informed, and community-rooted. She believes strong agents create informed homeowners, and informed homeowners build stronger neighborhoods.
