- Weekly virtual team meetings to stay aligned and connected
- In-person team lunches and collaborative sessions
- Ongoing broker support — including hands-on presence at inspections and closings when needed
It’s not unusual for our broker to attend a closing or inspection in support of an agent. We operate as a team — not as competitors under the same roof.
